Our 13th annual retreat has come and gone but
what lovely memories of classes, friends re-visited
and yarns and books purchased. This year’s
retreat at Bergamo was wonderful from the participation
of the knitters to the Yarn Shop vendors
to the donors of all the door prizes. A special
thank you goes to both of our teachers, Katherine
Misegades and Andrea Wong, for their superb and
wonderful instruction.
Our knitters came from far and near—Indiana,
Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York,
Oklahoma and Ohio. The cities represented in
Ohio were, Beavercreek, Berea, Big Prairie, Canfield,
Centerville, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Fairborn,
Hamilton, Jacobsburg, Kettering, Killbuck, Mansfield,
Milford, Powell, Salem, Shreve, Springfield,
Xenia and Yellow Springs.
Special appreciation and thanks to all of the
Committee members who worked so tirelessly to
make this 13th Retreat such a success. We had
our group of very supportive vendors for the
Market and we welcomed many new faces and all
of the oft-timers to the Retreat.
